*If there were a sky, it would be dusk, and the couch in the dorm lobby is occupied by a newcomer. She seems to be set on sleeping on said couch, and is trying to get comfortable, but is too tall to lie down on it, and the cushions keep getting in the way if she tries to remain sitting.

It is not. But it is the landlady's decision, and as her world's version of myself has caused her to mistrust my self from all worlds, this is what I have.

It is better than a hard bench. It was wrong of me to complain.

I...in order to sleep comfortably, I must remove my armor. Becoming your roommate would deny me the privacy needed. I believe it might be better for me, in the long run, to wait and earn the landlady's trust in order to acquire a room of my own, or to request a female roommate if there are no vacancies. I apologize.

The landlady does not quite trust me, so she has yet to assign me a room. *There is...maybe a hint of spite in her tone. Maybe. If there is, there is a good deal less of it than there should be for someone being actively discriminated against.*

I did what I could to try to calm them. I think a good number of them were just happy the fighting was over. But... there's still a good amount of them that hate me for it, even now.
